professionally decorated and maintained. It has two full
baths and has been completely remodeled and refurnished in pastel colors
for a tropical look & feel -- plus all the comforts of home.
Unit 205 is actually on the third floor of the building (parking is on
the ground floor). It features an unobstructed view of the beach and
the Gulf from the family room, master bedroom, and an expansive balcony that
spans both.

building and grounds are clean with some covered parking. Enjoy
peaceful sunsets while watching your kids play on the white beaches of
Florida. This unit is often available for last-minute rentals.
In addition to the "typical" amenities, this unit also includes a baby
crib and high chair.
As you can see in the Guest Book section of our site, this unit is
conveniently located near several grocery stores, a produce market,
convenience stores, and tons of great restaurants.
Weekly rentals typically run from Saturday through Saturday.
Check-in time is 3 pm on Saturdays with check-out time at 10 am
the following Saturday. Partial and multi-week rentals are

There are frequently a few "periodic" amenities, too: These include
boogie boards, fishing poles, sand shovels & buckets, pool floats & rafts,
kites, etc. Since these items are heavily use by our younger
tenants, their availability and serviceability comes & goes.
