At the Condo
The Beach
The Beach Club boasts one of the most pristine lengths of beach found on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. From wildflowers to sea birds and turtles, there is no shortage of nature to sit back and enjoy. Don't forget the sunsets at the ocean!
The Pools
Private heated pools and hot tubs offer the opportunity to sit back and relax in all types of weather. The main pool also offers a tiki bar.
The Club House
The club house offers fine dining and drinks at the Palm Bar, The Grill, and The Restaurant. If you're looking for relaxation or a little exercise, you can find it at the Sauna and Salon or the Fitness Center.

The Racquet Club
Tennis, anyone? There are eight courts to choose from. Need to brush up? Pro Lessons and Clinics are available. A shop offering tennis attire, accessories, and equipment rental is also available.
The Village Center
Need to get some shopping done? The Village Market and Grill offers everything from household basics to meals, including a varied selection of beers, wines, and coffees.

The Estuarium

Dolphin Express Cruises

Kiva Dunes
Kiva Dunes was designed by former U.S. Open Champion Jerry Pate. It is consistently ranked among America's finest courses. It has also been featured in Senior Golf, USGA Golf Journal, LINKS, Golf Course Living, and GolfSouth.
Kiva Dunes offers such amenities as a full-service clubhouse, meeting facilities, fitness area, swimming pools, and a private gulf beach.

Perdido Bay

Peninsula Golf Club
Designed by Earl Stone, Peninsula Golf Club boasts of a 27-hole layout set on beautiful Mobile Bay. It is touched on two sides by the Bon Secour Wildlife Preserve and is situated on 820 acres, featuring more than 30 lakes. Accommodations include a full-service clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis and fitness center, and numerous tee boxes.
