Gate is located at 19418 Gulf Blvd (Hwy 699) in Indian Shores, Florida --
just north of Park Blvd and about three miles south of Hwy 688 (aka
Walsingham/Ulmerton Rd.)
If you own or rent a boat in the area, boat slips
are available for rent across the street from the condo along the
InterCoastal Waterway -- inquire within. There are also nearby public
boat ramps and parks.
Directions from Tampa Airport (TPA) or I-275
Exit the airport and follow signs to I-275 South
(towards St. Petersburg) across Tampa Bay.
Take exit 28, West on Park Blvd
(Route 694) for 10 miles until Park dead-ends into Gulf Blvd.
Turn right (North) on Gulf Blvd.
Sea Gate will only be a half-mile north of Park Ave on your left
(Gulf-side -- naturally.)
Directions from St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport (PIE)
Exit airport onto Route 686 (Roosevelt) south
(just a few blocks.)
Exit right (West) on Route 688 (Ulmerton)
Follow Route 688 West until it dead-ends into Gulf Blvd. (Note:
Ulmerton will change names/merge to become Walsingham Blvd.)
Turn left (South) on Gulf Blvd.
Follow Gulf approximately two miles. Sea Gate will be on your right
near the large overhead Park Blvd street sign. (Gulf-side naturally.)
