Your condo is beautiful and perfect for our
family. The ocean view makes me never want to leave. We were
blessed with sunny days in the mid 70's all week. It's been great.
We also enjoy being a short 90 minute drive to Orlando.
My parents, who are with us, have been long time fans of John's Pass --
that's where they are on our last evening here. They ate at the
Lobster Pot one evening and have raved about it since. We all ate at
Shell's and it was very good.
We also made one trip out to the sand bar on Thanksgiving Day. It's
been a lot of fun.

May 10 - 18, 2002
Hi, We are the Gunvilles. We spent a week
here with our four boys (5 - 12 yrs) and their grandparents. The condo
has far exceeded our expectations! While we were here we rented a
surfboard for a couple of days and a jetski for a couple of hours, both a
big hit with the boys (and dad).
We bought a fishing pole, that kept all
the guys busy for hours. We spent a day at The Boardwalk at John's
Pass, had a great time (do not recommend the "Hungry Fisherman"). The
Seminole Mall has a Beals, K'Mart & Movie Theater. The Win Dixie is a
nice grocery store and there is a Doughnut Store at front (before you get to
Seminole.) W highly recommend Shells and Ballyhoo restaurants for lunch
and dinner, and if you don't mind driving a little bit further there is a
Waffle House that everyone enjoyed for B-fast.
Sam's Club is a 10 minute drive (keep going past Seminole Mall) from
here.
There is a trolley car that will take you up and down the coast for $1.25
per ride, or $3 for a all day pass (exact change required for either.) It runs every 30 minutes, look for
signs with a picture of a sun.
We have swam, boogie boarded, built sand castles, and watched dolphin --
all require the use of sun block!! I can't imagine a better vacation,
we can't wait to come back!!

Thank you for a tremendous week with my family.
The first thing we did was -- take off our watches!
We enjoyed swimming in
the clear Gulf, the pool, and mainly the patio. We ate most of our
dinners out here, plus lunches, and breakfasts, and played cards & dominoes
with the cool breezes blowing off the waters. We hope to come back
"same time next year." We ate at and recommend Woody's and The Pub.
Both were excellent.
P.S. Don't miss the Candy Kitchen! Thebest
family vacation we've ever had! Can't wait until next year!

When we arrived it was late after leaving Walt
Disney World, we were all exhausted and the condo was more than I expected.
Very nice and comfortable. The beach was beautiful, we found several sand
dollars if you like to hunt for sea shells. Everyone in the condo
complex was very friendly and the pool area was very nice. We grilled out
one night and shared the grill area with people from Canada.
My family
spoke with many different people. For the most part, we stayed at the
condo, beach, and pool. But, one day we went to Hubbard's Marina and
took the dolphin watch cruise. The price was fair, $12 for adults, $6
for children 1.5 hrs. We saw many dolphins and also saw many
multi-million dollar homes on the bay. I recommend this for a
nice little boat ride.
I hope the next people have as much fun as we did.

We are the Mathis Family from
Danville, IL. We loved the condo. It was much more than
expected. Loved the beach, spent a lot of time there. We've been
to Disney World, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and Kennedy Space Center,
so far. We played miniature golf at the place down the road, shopped
at the shop next to it, both were great.
We've went for a couple of walks on the beach at night using flashlights.
Very Interesting!
Suggest going to Kash-N-Karry on 688 for groceries. Lot less than Winn
Dixie. On Friday we went to Adventure Island in Tampa and on Thursday went
to Orlando for a dinner show called Pirate's Island Adventure, it was a lot
of fun. Ate outside a couple of meals, which was a lot of fun. We hope we
will be back really soon. Thank you for allowing us to stay here, we
loved it!

"Your place rules," Jeremy age 9.
"Great waves
for boogie boarding," Jonathan age 8.
"I loved the pool. But, I wish it was warmer (i.e. heated more),"
Karina age 5.
We loved your condo. We've stayed at Beach Cottages III for the
past six years but we liked your place better. Greatly equipped condo and
kitchen! We did great gourmet cooking here with the help of Winn Dixie
& the Produce Stand (Bruce's) on Park Ave.
The kids loved their room. Master bedroom was great. Hope to
be back next year!

What a fabulous condo! We have been coming
to this area for years and this place was our favorite! We will
definitely be back next year.
We ate at Guppy's, Shell's Crabby Bill's,
and Johnny Leverocks. All were fabulous. We had so many things planned to
do, but we didn't seem to want to leave the beach.
Met lot's of great people and kids made lots of friends!

We had a wonderful visit to your condo! It
was very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the tall table and chairs
on the balcony, the leather sofa & loveseat are very comfortable. Our
week was full with a visit to the Magic Kingdom, parasailing, shopping on
the boardwalk, and eating out. We highly recommend the Salt Rock Grill
for adults. Pricey, but well worth it! The kids absolutely loved
stopping by the Candy Kitchen for treats and The Hut at John's Pass is a fun
place with an island atmosphere and good music. We can't wait to come
back! This is our favorite area. We saw dolphins on the beach
and sting rays right out in the water. What a week!

Great beach and beautiful sunsets!
P.J.'s
Oyster Bar is fantastic! Great seafood and very casual! We've
eaten there three times this week!
John's Pass is nice to buy some souvenirs at.
Our kiddos lived the pool. We've had a fantastic vacation!

350lb sea turtles come up on the sand between
midnight and 3 am and bury their eggs in the sand. Turtle patrols
check the sand for imprints in the sand, and then mark off the area & date
it. Takes two months for them to hatch.
Watch for sea turtle eggs to
hatch -- protected areas on beach. We watched them (turtle patrol)
move the eggs back from the shore to a protected area.
Don't miss the Bird Sanctuary within walking distance of condo (south)
after little pier.

We really enjoyed your home. The beach and
pool was great. My sister's children had never been to the ocean.
For anyone who has small children, the Pirate Cruise was fun. Also the
crab legs at Fiddler's Elbow are good, but very limited menu for those who
don't enjoy the legs.
The sea turtle hatched tonight, Friday, July 11,
2003. Something you don't see every day. We hope to visit again.

We are having a great time!! The condo is
wonderful, very well equipped, and very comfortable. The weather has been
perfect! We went to Busch Gardens and Sea World. Both were great!
We
ate at The Pub and do not recommend it for eating, although seems like it
has a fun bar atmosphere. Ate at Salt Rock Grill -- excellent food.
I highly suggest the lobster and shrimp pasta dish!!
We also caught a baseball game at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg.
Before the game, we visited The Pier. It features a really neat
shopping and bar district, lots of fun!!
Anyways, I cannot stress enough how wonderful the condo is, I will
definitely be back next year!

After eight crazy days of "doing" Orlando, the
peace & quiet of Sea Gate was welcome! The Gulf is beautiful and we
did very little beyond walking on the beach. We did go to St.
Petersburg Sunken Gardens and Salvador Dali exhibit.
Brewmaster's
Restaurant at the Holiday Inn had GREAT food!!

The condo was very comfortable and convenient.
Very nice sunsets and the lunar eclipse on 11/8 was awesome. We
relaxed plenty, but also played tourists and visited Pass-A-Grille, Fort
Desoto, John's Pass, Honeymoon Island, the Dali Museum, and The Pier at St.
Petersburg.
We had lunch at Sloppy John's and the Columbia Restaurant at
the Pier. Both ere great with terrific views at the Columbia.
Sloppy John's is a must see! We had dinner at Fisherman (okay) and
Salt Rock Grille (great but pricey.) We also had lunch at The Hut in John's
Pass -- the lobster crab wrap was delicious and so were the conch fritters.
BBQ downstairs was fun! Have fun, we certainly did!

Nov 15 - 22, 2003
Arrived late Saturday after a long trip from
Norway. The condo surprised us with it's size and comfort. Have spent
a relaxing week shared between vacation and some work (four-day course in
Clearwater.) We enjoyed Busch Gardens, Fantasy of Flight, Crabby Bill's, and
we shopped until we "dropped." Men are not born for shopping.
The
last evening we discovered Sloppy John's Bar some 1/2-mile south of Sea Gate
-- a place with "soul" and friendly people, had a good time there.
Six years since last visit on Indian Shores, hope it will not take so
long until the next visit.

Thank you!
We all enjoyed our stay.
After about 30 years of visiting the Indian Shores area, we still love it
(and now my husband and kids, do as well!)
We went back to our favorite restaurants: Salt Rock Grille; Fathom's
(formerly the Happy Fisherman); PJ's; Shells. We love breakfast at the
Sweet Sage Cafe.
Two glorious weeks in a well-furnished condo. It's a perfect size
with all the necessary amenities! We look forward to our visit again
in 2005 -- already booked.

Well, tomorrow we leave and like everyone else,
we don't want to. We've been here for two weeks and it seems like one.
This was a family trip with my husband and I; sister and brother-in-law; and
Mom & Dad. Mom & Dad hadn't been back to Florida since their honeymoon
49 years ago. We all loved the condo and would like to come back.
My sister spotted some dolphins on the first day.
We had great weather.
It was in the 80's every day. We found a good place to eat down in
North Redington -- The Conch Grill. We went there three times.
Thank you.

We had such a wonderful two weeks. The
weather was fantastic. Your condo is very lovely and comfortable.
We've been coming to the beach for 40 years and never seem to get enough of
the beauty and relaxation. We met several people that made out stay
even more enjoyable, from all over the states & even a man from Switzerland
who was very interesting to talk with. Had many terrific meals!
Our favorites: Shell's, Brewmaster's, The Pub, and off the beach
Sophia's on Seminole Blvd. just a few mile from park (North.)

Greetings from the Cook Family, here for a
family reunion. Beautiful condo, very spacious with everything you'll
need on your vacation; gorgeous sunsets right outside your sliding
glass door; great shells in the morning; best in food: Lighthouse
Doughnuts just north on Gulf Blvd. -- we all agreed were about the best
we've ever eaten; The Pub -- also north on Gulf Blvd is excellent with
outdoor seating (could not understand negative comments elsewhere); PJ's
just before the bridge on 688 has outstanding fresh seafood; so does
Bonefish with restaurants in Bellaire Bluffs and other bay area locations;
great shopping all around, especially John's Pass.

Happy New Year! What a great way to start
2005! The condo was great, the weather was perfect, and we all had a
great time. P.J.'s was a perfect restaurant for all, including the
kids. We also thought the Zoo was excellent. Next time we'll
save more time for Ft. DeSoto Park & Egmont Key. Thanks!
