Welcome to Sea Gate 205

Sea Gate Condominiums are located in beautiful Indian Shores, Florida.

This beachfront complex is nestled between St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach on Florida's Gulf coast.

The professionally decorated condo has three bedrooms, 1500 square feet of living space and features a full balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico -- and BEAUTIFUL sunsets daily!

It is located on the third floor and is well appointed.  This completely refurnished unit has a pastel and tropical look with all the comforts of home.  From washer & dryer to baby bed and high chair -- this condo has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

The building and grounds are clean with some covered parking.

Enjoy peaceful sunsets or sunny days on our large balcony while watching your kids play on the beautiful white beaches of Florida.

This condominium is often available for last-minute rentals.

Neighborhood

Across the street from Sea Gate condominiums is the Salt Rock Grill.  One of the finest restaurants in the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area; the Salt Rock is waterfront on the InterCoastal Waterway and offers both indoor and outdoor fine dining.  Everything on their menu is excellent; we recommend that you try the smoked crab legs.

The beachfront road from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach is called Gulf Boulevard.  The entire length is serviced seven days a week by the Suncoast Trolley.  Three dollars buys you a day pass for as many on/off rides as you like.

Just a few miles north of Sea Gate is a little cafe' called Lighthouse Doughnuts.  They are open every day except Sunday and offer premium coffees, teas and naturally fresh, handmade doughnuts daily.  Their apple fritters are to die for!!!

A few miles south of the condo is Redington Fishing Pier, and five blocks north is the Smuggler's Cove putt-putt (miniature) golf course.

Further south still (in Madeira Beach) is the biggest secret of all.  A little bait shop called Westwind Tackle not only offers fresh bait, tackle, and charters,  but they also rent fishing gear and if you buy your bait and tackle from them -- they will let you use one of their fishing skiffs for FREE!  That's right, FREE!  The owner, Tom, is a GREAT local character and he will give you all the day's top fishing spots and tips.

Getting There

The closest commercial airport is PIE (St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport) but only a select few airlines fly into PIE.   Most people fly into Tampa Airport (TPA)  From TPA, follow the signs to Southbound I-275 (towards St. Petersburg).  I-275 will take you across the center of Tampa Bay.   After you cross the bay, look for the Gandy Blvd/Park Ave exit.  Exit and veer right (west) on Park Ave.  Follow Park Ave approximately 16 miles until it dead-ends at the beach (Gulf Blvd)  Turn right (north) on Gulf Blvd.   The Sea Gate complex is less than a half mile ahead on the left, approximately 45 minutes from the airport.
